My Journey…
Originally from Turin (Italy) I’ve moved to London for my studies in 2014, excited to start a new adventure.
Yoga found me in 2016, while on a meditation retreat my mum suggested we attend together. She noticed I was stressed, exhausted and burnt out from this new life and thought it would be a chance for me to decompress and for us to spend meaningful time together.
Even though I was a bit skeptical at the beginning, that experience sparked a journey that forever changed my life!
Once I came back to the UK, I continued practicing and deepening my knowledge on the benefits of mindful movement.
Slowly but steadily, yoga became a safe space from my fast paced job in the video and photography industry and I started experiencing first hand how powerful and effective a regular practice, as well as the connection between movement and breath can be.
As a teacher, my aim is to help students reconnect to their bodies, finding strenght and create that safe space for themselves, both on and off the mat.
